We may pastor individual churches, but we are all called to the same under-shepherding task and we will answer to the same Chief Shepherd (1 Pet. 5:4).

People with a spiritual transformation encounter with God have a clear spiritual core that acts as a dashboard for their lives. It is from this central inner core that they drive their lives.

Right now, today, people with a spiritual desire to fulfill God’s plan and purpose for their lives are actively making decisions towards their God-given visions.

It’s most important to have ideas, to make decisions and to act on them; to decide what is important to accomplish and to get on with it. You have to discover, plan and act!
